Freedom Tower
The Freedom Tower can be found on the Hickam AFB in Hawaii. The base is right next to Pearl Harbor, which was the site of a surprise attack in 1941. Hickam didn't escape -- some of the walls still have bullet holes.
Parts of Hickam have a 1930's or 1940's feel. There is the original control tower (it looks like a smallish house) and the Freedom Tower in its Art Deco style. There are also a few long and low buildings clustered around narrow alleys.
I got a few pictures of the tower, but didn't feel like I should be taking a lot of pictures of the base for security reasons.
